Aloysius has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Singex Group since April 2010. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, the Group provides a comprehensive suite of integrated solutions for business events and venue management as well as international MICE-related ventures.
Prior to his current post, Aloysius was the Assistant Chief Executive of the Business Travel & Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions (BTMICE) Group of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), which was also known as the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau. He was instrumental in developing Singapore's BTMICE strategy and industry that enabled Singapore to become the World’s Top City for Meetings in 2008. Aloysius was also the Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Singapore 2009 Organising Committee at Ministry of Trade and Industry, and concurrently, Chairman of the Meeting Planners International Asia-Pacific Council. |
